CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to do so we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments, 48 hours notice for packages and 1 week notice for bridal packages or group reservations. Cancelations done in less time than the required guidelines will be billed 50% of stated menu price for each service.

GENERAL GUIDELINES & INFORMATION

• All experiences at Seven Seas Spa & Salon Studio will include complimentary valet parking and pool and beach access for the day.
• The Seven Seas Spa & Salon is located in the lower level of the Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort. Access downstairs of the main hotel lobby or hotel elevators
• Hours are 9am-9pm Mon-Sat & 10am-6pm Sun. Special hours may be requested outside of general business hours by appointment only
• Please arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This will ensure a leisurely check-in, enjoy locker rooms, steam showers and relaxation area prior to your service
• Slippers and robes will be provided for all spa guest
• Please keep in mind that services are going on around you and keep to a soft voice when speaking in spa
• Kindly turn off your cell phone, we have a no cell phone policy to ensure relaxation of all guest
• 18% gratuity will be added to all services
